Victoria Yuan

Victoria Yuan is an experienced operations and growth strategist with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Gong, Victoria previously held significant positions at Dropbox, including Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chief of Staff to the CTO, as well as overseeing Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. Victoria's early career includes roles at Teach For China as Director of Growth Strategy and Development and various positions at Teach For America, including Manager of New Site Development, Development Associate, and Recruitment Associate. Victoria holds a B.A. in International Studies from Colby College.
