Peter Klavins

Peter Klavins has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the tech industry. Peter began their career at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1983 as a Software Consultant. Peter then worked as a Software Contractor before joining CiTR as a Software Architect in 1991. In 1995, Peter became the Owner of Datalon. Peter later worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard and Euroclear. From 2011 to 2020, Peter held the position of Big Data Team Lead at Rational FT Services and Senior Software Engineer at Full Tilt Poker. Since 2020, they have been working at Nitro, Inc., where they progressed to the role of Senior Data Engineer and currently serves as the Lead Data Engineer. Overall, Peter Klavins has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in the software and data engineering domain.

Peter Klavins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Queensland, completing their studies from 1973 to 1978.
