Bryan Pasquesi

Bryan Pasquesi, MBA, has a strong background in operations and management, with experience spanning over two decades. In their most recent role as the Director of Research and Development at Gonnella Baking Co., which they started in 2023, they are responsible for overseeing the research and development initiatives of the company. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Director of Operations at Trinidad Benham, where they managed the operations of the company. Before that, from 2019 to 2021, Bryan worked as the Plant Manager at Gonnella Frozen Products, LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing plant operations. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Director of Plant Operations at Gabby's Bakery, Inc, where they managed various departments and spearheaded daily operations. Furthermore, Bryan served as the Corporate Manufacturing Management Operating Systems Manager at Gonnella Frozen Products, LLC from 2011 to 2014, where they played a pivotal role in developing technology solutions and implementing business intelligence tools. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Assistant Operations Manager at Gonnella Frozen Products, where they were responsible for overseeing distribution and inventory control. Lastly, Bryan began their career at Gonnella Baking Co. in 1998, where they served as the Packaging and Distribution Manager and subsequently took on the role of Route Sales Supervisor.

Bryan Pasquesi, MBA, has a diverse education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, obtained between 2008 and 2011. The focus of their MBA was on Organizational Behavior Studies. Prior to their MBA, Bryan Pasquesi earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Psychology from Ball State University, completing their studies between 1994 and 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Bryan Pasquesi has also obtained additional certifications to supplement their knowledge and skills.
