Prior to this role, Jean spent over two decades as the president and owner of Two Sisters Catering, Inc., managing event planning, menu development, food preparation, hiring, and finances for a wide range of gatherings. Jean's professional journey began after completing education at Ulster County Community College from 1984 to 1986 and has consistently centered around the food and beverage industry.
