Robin DEBLANGY served as the CEO of Gontran Cherrier International, overseeing creative bakeries and restaurants across various countries. Robin was responsible for expanding the brand to over 70 locations in France, Japan, Argentina, Thailand, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Morocco. Robin began their tenure with Gontran Cherrier in October 2014.

Prior to that, Robin had a role as the ESC Congress Manager Assistant at the European Society of Cardiology. Robin worked on organizing the ESC Congress, the largest scientific congress in Europe, held in Stockholm in 2010, Munich in 2012, and Barcelona in 2014. Robin completed an internship and apprenticeship with the company while studying, accumulating a total of two years of experience there. Robin started their position in April 2010 and ended in September 2014.

Robin DEBLANGY earned a Licentiate degree in Corporate Strategies & International Development from the Higher Institute of Economics and Management (ISEM) in Nice, France in 2011-2014. They then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in International Marketing & Business Development from SKEMA Business School (ESC Lille & CERAM) from 2010-2011.
