Luis Alves

Luis Alves is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in overseeing quality departments across multiple organizations. Since July 2002, Luis has been serving as a Quality Manager at Gonvarri Steel Industries, managing laboratory operations involving chemical and mechanical testing. Luis also held the position of Purchasing and Logistics Manager, where responsibilities included budget management and global raw material sourcing. Prior to this, Luis worked as a Quality Manager at Prenso-Metal and TECNISATA, SA, where duties involved managing quality assurance processes, handling customer and supplier complaints, and developing key quality documentation. Luis holds a Bachelor's Degree from Instituto Militar Pupilos do Exercito, earned between 1981 and 1992.
