Haile Watson

Haile Watson currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance at Eastern Washington University since December 2022. In addition, Haile Watson is a mentee at Us In Technology, a DEI community focused on diversifying the technology industry by supporting underrepresented candidates. Prior experience includes a professional athlete role at VC Neuwied 77, and positions at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation as Jr. Underwriter Team Lead and Jr. Underwriter, and an operations assistant role at The Warehouse Athletic Facility. Haile Watson also completed an administrative internship at the Fresno State Athletic Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from California State University, Fresno.
