Charlie Peppiatt

Charlie Peppiatt's work experience begins in 1992 when they joined Linear Ltd. as a participant in the Laird Graduate Program. They then worked at ERA Home Security as a Production Manager from 1993 to 1995, and at Laird Security Systems - Laird plc as a Group Training Manager from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2004, they held the position of General Manager at Amesbury Group - Laird plc. They served as the Managing Director at Laird Security Systems Division from 2004 to 2007, and as the General Manager Beijing at Laird Technologies from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they held the role of Vice President Global Operations at Laird Connectivity. In 2011, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Stadium Group Plc, a position they held until 2018 when the business was acquired by TT Electronics Plc. Following the acquisition, they became the Executive Vice President at TT Electronics Plc until May 2022. Currently, in September 2022, they are working as the Chief Executive Officer at G&H Photonics.

Charlie Peppiatt earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Northumbria University from 1989-1992. Prior to that, they attended Sedbergh School from 1983-1988. In 1998, they completed the Oxford University Business Economics Programme (OUBEP).
