Michelle Haywood

Michelle Haywood has extensive experience in various fields, currently serving as a Support Enforcement Specialist at the Department of Social Services since September 2017. In addition to this role, Michelle has owned and managed HAYWOOD GRILL FOOD TRUCK since July 2007, overseeing kitchen management, payroll, team coordination, event planning, food quality control, cost management, and compliance with health regulations. Michelle also has experience as a Substitute Teacher for Goochland County Public Schools, where reinforcement of education and positive behaviors among adolescents has been a priority since August 2014. Prior work experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Wells Fargo from June 1999 to September 2013, focused on problem resolution and enhancing customer relations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African American Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate of Science in Social Sciences from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
