Evan D. Newman is an accomplished director and founder of Perceptual Studio, an award-winning TV, film, and media company focused on innovative nonfiction development and production. In addition to leading Perceptual Studio since 2019, Evan has served as a film editor and artist at GOOD COMPANY LLC since 2013 and directed and produced content for nft now from October 2022 to January 2024, exploring narratives in the web3 space. Notable past positions include film editor for Starz on the Tribeca Film Festival-selected feature "Game Change Game," head of post-production and senior editor at Elite Daily, and co-showrunner of the award-winning digital documentary series "Insights." Evan's background encompasses video editing roles at apartment two and RefineryNYC, along with a degree in Film and Video Production from Drexel University.
