Didier Aziza has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Didier began their career in 1999 as a Senior Analyst - Audit / Transaction Service / Valuation at Ernst & Young. In 2001, they moved to MGT - Investment Bank as an M&A Senior Analyst. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Fromageries Bel in Corporate Control and M&A Analyst roles. From 2008 to 2016, they were the Chief Financial Officer and Head of IT at Bel Brands USA, where they contributed to the growth of the company from $150 million in net sales to $400 million. Since 2017, they have been the VP Finance at Mizkan America (Ragu and Bertolli), where they lead accounting, reporting, budgeting process, tax compliance, cash flow, cash management, audits, and financial support for all company strategic initiatives. Didier will be joining Good Culture in 2022 as CFO / COO.

Didier Aziza's education history includes a Bachelor of Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 1994 and 1998, followed by a Master of Audit and Finance from ESCP Business School between 1998 and 1999. Didier also attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business multiple times, but did not receive a degree. In 2015, they received a certification in Corporate Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
