Good Culture
Wayne Olson has a long and varied work experience. Wayne began their career in 1989 as an Assistant Plant Manager for Vons/Safeway's Dairy Division. Wayne then moved to Baskin-Robbins in 1993, where they held the role of Director of Operations (Ice Cream), Plant Manager (Ice Cream), and Director of Co-Packer Management (Ice Cream). In 2001, they joined Unilever Food Solutions as the Director of Logistics and Planning. In 2003, they moved to Ventura Foods, where they were the Plant Manager (Sauces, Dressings, Margarine, Mayonnaise) and Director of Logistics and Planning. In 2009, they became the Plant Manager for Alta Dena Dairy (Fluid Milk, Ice Cream) at Dean Foods. In 2012, they joined popchips as the Sr. VP of Operations (BFY Potato Chips). In 2016, they returned to good culture as the VP of Operations (BFY Cottage Cheese). In 2021, they joined Franz Family Bakery as the Plant Manager.
Wayne Olson received a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Penn State University.
