Bill Hall is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both the cannabis industry and customer support management. Currently serving as an Inventory Control Clerk at Good Day Farm since March 2024, Bill previously held various positions at Amaze Cannabis, including Evening Trim Lead and Weekend Trim Lead, where responsibilities included supervision, coordination of operations, and team training focused on production targets and regulatory compliance. Earlier roles also encompass management positions at NEON DRAGON TATTOO AND BODY PIERCING LLC as Operations Manager, and at integraSoft, Inc. as Customer Engagement Manager and Support Services Manager. Bill's foundational experience in customer support was honed over 14 years at Ideal Computer Systems, Inc., where management of support for over 2,500 dealers across the US and Canada contributed to significant annual revenue.
