Cat Matloub has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Cat started their career as a Research Assistant at the Lyn Abramson Psychology Lab in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Research and Content Intern at the Inspire Foundation and as a Patent Law Intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb Bio-pharamceutical Company. In 2009, they were a Legal Intern at the Office of Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle and also served as an International Volunteer at Cross-Cultural Solutions. Cat then joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in 2012 as a Summer Associate and later as an M&A Associate from 2013 to 2017. In 2011, they worked as an International Human Rights Fellow at Lawyers Collective. Cat then transitioned to the music industry and held the position of Director, Business and Legal Affairs at Sony Music Entertainment from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are the Head of Partnerships at Good Dog, a position they have held since 2018.
Cat Matloub completed a JD degree in Law from the University of Chicago Law School, from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 2005 to 2009, majoring in Political Science, Legal Studies, and Psychology, with a minor in European Studies. Additionally, they briefly attended Macquarie University in 2008 and New York University in 2006, where their degree and field of study are unspecified.
