Shruti Sonali

Shruti Sonali has over 18 years of work experience. Shruti began their career in 2002 as A M Sales at Taj Mahal Palace and Tower, Mumbai. In 2004, they joined Korn/Ferry international as GTM. Two years later, they became Senior Consultant at The Corner Office. In 2008, Shruti founded Quaeronitor, an executive search and HR solutions firm. In 2012, they joined Hilton Worldwide as Senior Manager - Recruitment, Asia Pacific and Sr. Manager, Recruitment - India. In 2014, they founded Tipping Point Ventures Pvt. Ltd. In 2016, they co-founded GoodDot and served as VP - Product Innovation. In 2017, they became CEO and Cofounder of Gooddot Dairy, a plant based dairy alternative. Finally, in 2018, they became COO and Cofounder of GoodDO.

Shruti Sonali attended Cornell University from 2013 to 2014, where they completed the Human Resources Business Partnering Program in Human Resources Development. Prior to that, they studied at Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a BHM in Hotel Management.
