Alexandre Oliver is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service and restaurant management sectors. Currently serving as District Manager II at Good Eating Company since November 2022, Alexandre previously held the title of Area Director of Operations at Bon Appétit Management Company from March 2018 to November 2022. Prior to that, Alexandre was a General Manager at Patina Restaurant Group and gained experience as a Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Patina Restaurant Group and Le Méridien Bora Bora. Earlier roles include a Finance Coordinator position at Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Alexandre holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Vatel Los Angeles, along with multiple degrees in International Hotel Management from Institut Vatel Nîmes and a Baccalauréat from Institut Emmanuel D'Alzon.
