With a solid foundation as Director of Outlets and Banquet Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Sahara demonstrated expertise in maintaining high standards in four diamond hotel settings. Additional experience includes managing restaurant operations at Splashes Restaurant and French 75, as well as progressive roles at Chat Noir.
