Sahara Orosco is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Good Eating Company since August 2021, Sahara previously held the position of Banquet & Club Event Manager at Big Canyon Country Club, overseeing a large staff and managing the daily operations of the banquet department. With a solid foundation as Director of Outlets and Banquet Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Sahara demonstrated expertise in maintaining high standards in four diamond hotel settings. Additional experience includes managing restaurant operations at Splashes Restaurant and French 75, as well as progressive roles at Chat Noir.
