Charlotte'smost recent position was at Good Energy, where they started as a Resourcing Specialist before advancing to the role of Talent Acquisition Partner and eventually becoming the Talent Acquisition Lead. In these roles, they utilized their leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful recruitment campaigns and find diverse talent for the organization. Charlotte also prioritized data-driven decision-making and continuously improved recruitment metrics such as time to hire and direct vs agency usage.

Charlotte Williams Assoc CIPD completed a CIPD - Level 5 Diploma at Ahead HR from 2020 to 2021. In 2020, they also completed Personality & Ability Assessment Training (PAA) at SHL. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ancient History and Egyptology from Swansea University, graduating in 2012.
