Pauline Grimmer currently serves as Policy Manager at Good Food Institute Europe, focusing on advancing plant-based, fermentation-made, and cultivated proteins at the EU level while building relationships with European institutions and stakeholders. Previously, Pauline Grimmer worked at Dentons Global Advisors as a Senior Consultant in food policy, offering strategic advice on EU food-related policies, and was also involved as a Consultant EU Policy Coordinator. Early career experience includes a Junior Consultant role at spiritsEUROPE and a Policy Intern position in the Cabinet of Mr. Olaf Scholz in Hamburg. Pauline Grimmer holds a Master of Arts in European policies and public affairs from Sciences Po Aix, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Political Science from The University of Freiburg, and a Franco-German Highschool Diploma from Lycée Fabert.
