Joe Schaber is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in product development and catering management. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Good Foods Group, LLC since January 2017, Joe has held multiple roles within the company, including Sr. Development Chef and Associate R&D Chef. Prior to this, Joe worked at Illinois State University from March 2015 to January 2017 as a Sous Chef - Catering, overseeing catered meals for large events and managing a team of staff and students. Joe’s career also includes positions as a prep cook/line cook at BMI Concessions and a teaching assistant in culinary classes at Richland Community College. An educational background includes a B.S. in Food Industry Management from Illinois State University and two Associate Degrees in Culinary Arts from Richland Community College.
