Alana LaPiedra has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Counselor at United Activities Unlimited. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as a Newspaper Carrier for Staten Island Advance. In 2021, they held roles as a Communications & Special Events Intern at Staten Island Borough Hall and as a Group Leader at New York Center for Interpersonal Development. In 2022, they worked as a Social Media & Marketing Intern at Madison Capitols Hockey Club and as a Conversion Crew member at Wisconsin Athletics. Currently, they are working as a Marketing Event Supervisor at ESPN-Madison, a position they started in September 2022.
Alana LaPiedra pursued their education starting in 2015 when they attended St Joseph Hill Academy High School. Alana successfully completed their high school education in 2019, earning their High School Diploma.
In 2019, Alana enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts. This four-year program will continue until 2023, providing their with a comprehensive understanding of the field.
Alana's dedication to further expand their knowledge in the field of communication led their to undertake a certificate program in Sports Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Alana pursued this program from 2021 to 2022, allowing their to gain specialized skills and expertise in the intersection of sports and communication.

Craig Karmazin founded Good Karma Brands in 1997 with the purchase of three radio stations in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Shortly thereafter, he was fortunate that a number of his childhood friends decided to join him.
