Holly Wetzel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Holly began their career in 2005 as a Promotions Assistant at Good Karma Brands, where they gained experience in broadcasting and event management. Holly then worked as a Call Screener at FOX Sports in 2007 before joining Contempo Design + Communications as a Circulation & Distribution Coordinator for CBC Magazine. In this role, they successfully increased sales and streamlined distribution processes.

Wetzel's career progressed as they joined FOX Sports again in 2010 as a Programming and Production Administrator, where they played a crucial role in managing live sports programming for FOX Sports Ohio and SportsTime Ohio. In 2011, they transitioned to 21st Century Fox as an Affiliate Sales & Marketing Coordinator, negotiating network distribution agreements and securing new launches for cable and Regional Sports Networks.

In 2014, Wetzel was promoted to an Account Executive at 21st Century Fox, responsible for negotiating distribution agreements and meeting sales goals in the Midwest and Northeast regions. Holly consistently achieved successful contract cycles. Wetzel further expanded their marketing and communications skills at Home Team Marketing, where they served as the Manager of Client Partnerships and Sponsorship Activation from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they executed local sponsorship sales and managed daily operations.

In 2017, Wetzel took on a freelance role as a Writer at Awful Announcing, further enhancing their writing skills. Holly later joined Oswald Companies as a Proposal & Communications Manager in 2019, creating marketing materials and communication campaigns for Group Benefits clients and managing the Request for Proposals (RFP) process.

Holly'srecent work experiences include a position at the Press Play Podcast Network as a Co-Host of The Orange is Oranger Cleveland Browns Podcast and their current role as a Partnership Success Manager at ESPN Cleveland within Good Karma Brands. In their current position, Wetzel manages the sales support team and collaborates with the Leadership Team and key stakeholders to analyze and anticipate sales support structure and marketing initiatives. Holly also oversees the activation of advertising partnerships.
