Kasia Head

Kasia Head is an experienced operations and solutions professional with a strong background in translation and localization. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Good Law Project since April 2023, Kasia previously held roles such as Solutions Engineer at Lilt and Solutions Architect at Appen, where responsibilities included streamlining customer localization journeys and managing sales process needs analysis. With a long tenure at TranslateMedia, Kasia progressed from Transcreation and Translation Project Manager to roles such as Machine Translation Programme Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on machine translation strategies and technology improvements. Early career experiences include administrative roles at Firefly Communications and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland.
