Steve Fedele

Steve Fedele currently serves as an IPS Vocational Specialist at McLean Hospital, where responsibilities include providing extensive vocational support for workforce development, such as resume and cover letter reviews, workplace accommodations, and navigating employment with mental health conditions. In addition, Steve has worked as a Senior Peer Specialist at McLean Hospital since 2017, coordinating the Well-Space program which offers supportive groups and vocational services. As an author, Steve's writings can be found at SteveColori.com, and Steve has contributed to The Good Men Project since 2016 with a column titled "Steve Colori Talks Mental Health," focusing on personal experiences, coping strategies, and stigma reduction in mental health. Steve also engages in public speaking and lecturing, offering in-services at McLean Hospital and at Harvard Medical School. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire.
