Kellan Hays

Kellan Hays is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social entrepreneurship, agricultural development, and sustainability. Currently, Kellan serves as Co-founder and Chief of Staff at Good Nature Agro, a social enterprise in Zambia focused on improving small-scale farmers' incomes through legume farming. Previous roles include Agriculture Program Development Advisor at the Jane Goodall Institute, where Kellan contributed to landscape conservation initiatives in Tanzania, and Employee Impact Manager at Autodesk, where Kellan developed strategies for creating a positive organizational culture. Kellan also founded Footprints Events, leading sustainable event management practices, and has held various leadership positions at the Jane Goodall Institute and other organizations dedicated to environmental and human rights advocacy. Kellan holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, with a focus on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, marketing, and strategy, along with a BA in Communications and Sociology from Tulane University.
