Tami Kozikowski

Tami Kozikowski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic oversight across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at good natured Products Inc. since June 2023, Tami is focused on advancing the company's mission towards sustainable product development. Tami has also been a Board Member at the Life Time Foundation since 2015, providing guidance on strategic direction. Previously, Tami held the roles of CEO, President, and Board Chair at The Waters Senior Living, managing the organization during challenging times, as well as key executive roles at Life Time, Advance Auto Parts, and Best Buy, demonstrating a strong background in operations, finance, and real estate development. Tami's education includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
