Byron Baxter

Byron Baxter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Byron started their career at SunTrust Bank & Mortgage in 2003 as an Accounts Payable Processor and Mail Clerk. Byron then worked at SunTrust Bank as a Production Operations/Customer Service Representative before transitioning to the mental health field. Byron worked at Virginia Counseling and Community Development as a Mental Health Practitioner/Intensive In-home counselor, providing services to children and families. In 2005, they joined the Chesterfield County Juvenile Detention Center as a Youth Supervisor/Lead Staff Supervisor, where they supervised and counseled youth residents. Byron also worked at Virginia Group Home Services as a House Manager, overseeing daily operations and conducting staff meetings. Byron later became an In-Home Counselor at Community Outreach Services, where they provided intensive services to families. In 2009, they joined Intensive Community Outreach Services as an Intensive In-Home Counselor. Byron is currently working at Good Neighbor as a Program Director and Regional Manager.

Byron Baxter attended Virginia State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
