Erica Gil

Erica Gil has worked in various roles in the education sector since 2008. Erica began their career as a teacher with Houston ISD, where they were later promoted to Math Teacher Development Specialist and Assistant Principal. In 2018, they moved to Pugh Elementary as a School Principal and held the same role until 2022, when they joined GOOD RANCHERS, LLC as the Chief People Officer.

Erica Gil earned a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Houston College of Education in 2014, with a field of study in Turnaround Leadership. Erica also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from the same university in 2008, with a field of study in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
