Nataliia Shknieieva

Nataliia Shknieieva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in HR, operations, and program coordination. As a Co-Founder at Qoyot since June 2019 and an HR & Operations Officer at Good Return since December 2018, Nataliia has contributed to initiatives that support women's financial security in the Asia Pacific region. Previous roles include SABIT Program Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where management of a $1 million program budget and recruitment of participants for specialized programs were key responsibilities. Nataliia also served as a Human Resources Officer at the U.S. Department of State, overseeing the recruitment process and onboarding of new staff. Early career experiences include roles at Raiffeisen Bank Aval and a marketing agency, where project management and market research were focal points. Nataliia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering-Economics from Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport and a Bachelor's Degree in Translation from the Ukrainian Institute of Linguistics and Management.
