Scarlett Riu is a seasoned professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Good Sam since April 2021. Riu played a crucial role in the acquisition of Nomad Reservations by Camping World/Good Sam Enterprises, ensuring a smooth customer support transition. Prior to this, Riu was the Director of Customer Success at Nomad Reservations, contributing to product enhancements and customer retention efforts.
