Ashley Fletcher

Ashley Fletcher, LCSW, currently serves as the Catalyst Program Director and Therapist at Good Samaritan Boys Ranch, specializing in trauma-informed care since November 2021. Ashley has extensive experience in trauma-focused therapy, having previously operated as the Therapist/Owner at Courage Counseling Services LLC and worked in various therapeutic roles across multiple organizations, including Synergy Recovery Center and Good Samaritan Boys Ranch, where significant programs and trainings in trauma-informed care were developed. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Interpersonal Trauma Studies from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from Drury University. Ashley's dedication to enhancing trauma-informed practices in clinical settings is underscored by a robust history of designing and facilitating workshops and training programs.
