Cassie Abel

Cassie Abel, B.S. H.F.A., serves as the Director of Patient Experience at Good Samaritan since March 2021, leading the Patient Advocate department to enhance communication and trust regarding clinical and operational concerns. Previous roles include Administrator and Administrator in Training at Ide Management Group (March 2018 - March 2021), Director of Marketing Communications at Trilogy Health Services, LLC (February 2016 - February 2018), Clinical Liaison at Ide Management Group (March 2012 - February 2016), and Sales Marketing Manager at Enlivant (September 2010 - March 2012). Cassie Abel began their career as a Clinical Liaison at Ide Management Group (November 2007 - September 2010). Cassie Abel holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Ball State University and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Vincennes University. Cassie Abel is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management at Western Governors University.
