Melissa Cabine

Melissa Cabine has served on the City Rescue Mission Board for over 20 years and has also served as Treasurer for the Executive Board. She is a chapel speaker for the Women’s Shelter. Melissa brings an honest approach while helping school districts and townships manage their budgets. She currently resides in Saginaw with her husband and business partner Dennis.
