Jesse Ratzsch Mba

Jesse Ratzsch MBA, BSN, RN is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and clinical services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Nursing and Clinical Services at Good Samaritan since May 2022, Jesse previously held the position of Director of the Digestive Health Clinic and Endoscopy Center at Sanford Health from 2015 to May 2022. Jesse’s background includes roles such as Administrative Fellow and RN in the ICU and GI Endoscopy Center, along with participation in performance improvement initiatives and department representation during Magnet designation. Early career experiences included positions as a financial analyst intern and staff nurse at Avera Health, as well as a Patient Care Technician and sales representative. Jesse holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from the University of Sioux Falls and two bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing and Biology with a Chemistry minor. Additionally, research was conducted as an undergraduate researcher at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
