In this role, Laura excelled in coordinating the referral and admission process, ensuring patient-centered care and effective communication with referring facilities, physicians, and families. Earlier in their career, Laura worked for QVC, Inc. from 1990 to 2006, starting as an Order Entry/Universal Representative and advancing to various customer service roles, including a temporary position as Order Entry Supervisor.
