Elizabeth Garcia

Elizabeth Garcia is an accomplished nonprofit leader with extensive experience in managing and developing community-based programs, particularly focused on supportive housing and youth services. As Chief Program Officer at Good Shepherd Services since 2009, Elizabeth oversees a diverse portfolio of approximately 20 programs across New York City, managing a budget of around 13 million dollars and a team of about 150 staff.
