Tia Anzellotti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth advocacy, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at arc After School & Experiential Education, Tia focuses on bridging the opportunity gap for K-12 youth and beyond. Tia is also a working group member of the All About Girls of Color Collective, dedicated to promoting equity and inclusion for girls of color. Previous roles include consulting for various organizations through Anzellotti Consulting, directing Blair Search Partners, and holding leadership positions at United Way of San Diego County and San Diego Hunger Coalition. Tia holds a Master of Science in Sociology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and American Studies from Boston College.
