Chiron Reeves is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing and optimizing operational workflows. Currently serving as National Operations Manager at Good Things since October 2017, Chiron is responsible for developing operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews, and cost/benefit analyses, with a focus on automations and process improvements. Previously, as Assistant Production Manager and Production Coordinator, Chiron ensured quality control in production and managed critical orders effectively. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Kathmandu, where Chiron successfully guided a high-performing sales team and met operational requirements. Chiron holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Canberra.
