Kaitlyn Patschke

Kaitlyn Patschke currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Good Transport Services, Inc., a position held since March 2021. Previously, Kaitlyn worked at Penn State Harrisburg from June 2016 to June 2020 as the Coordinator for Residence Life, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for 10 apartment-style and suite-style buildings housing 435 students, training and supervising staff, and facilitating professional development. From July 2014 to June 2016, Kaitlyn held a similar role at UNC Greensboro, managing a mixed-style hall with 270 students and advising a student organization. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Business Administration from Penn State Harrisburg, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
