Kat Steinmetz

Kat Steinmetz is a seasoned advisor and angel investor with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Current roles include advisor positions at sachi, Causative Labs, Translator, Inc., All Raise, and PeopleTech Partners, focusing on supporting early-stage founders and companies in the Future of Work and PeopleTech sectors. Previous investments and board observer roles include Fun Country, Torch, and Ava, with a strong emphasis on guiding companies through growth phases. Steinmetz also served as a principal investor and advisor at Initialized Capital, nurturing early-stage startups. An alumnus of Washington State University with a BA in Social Sciences, Steinmetz is also pursuing certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
