K.K. Iyer

K.K. Iyer has 35 years of experience in Management Consulting and Investing across India, the US, and the EU region. Of this, over 2 decades in leadership and senior management roles. Experience includes a long and successful consulting career followed by more than a decade in Private Equity investing.

In his Private Equity Investment Advisory role at IEP, KK Iyer was Managing Partner with responsibilities for fund-raising across the US, EU, and the Far East, identifying investment opportunities across several sectors in India, working closely with the leadership of Investee companies, developing exit strategies and providing oversight for managing exits. In this role, he has served on the Boards of several portfolio companies with a focus on driving business excellence.

Prior to his investing career, KK was with Accenture for almost 2 decades. He held several leadership roles with oversight for multiple industries, developing best practices and contributing to business excellence. During his stint at Accenture, KK led several successful complex multi-year transformative engagements with particular emphasis on implementation for large Indian enterprises.
