Thomas Guido

Thomas Guido is the Founder and Managing Partner of Capital G Partners, an operationally-focused private investment firm established in July 2016, emphasizing Growth, Gratitude, and Genuine culture. Additionally, Thomas serves as Executive Chairman at Goodbit, a creative production studio launched in June 2023, and Indigo Studios, which has been producing impactful content since April 2017. Previously, Thomas held key leadership positions at Belwith-Keeler Decor Solutions as Investor Owner-Operator from December 2008 to January 2017, and at Wynnchurch Capital, Fleet Capital, and Sanwa Business Credit Corporation in various executive roles. Thomas began a career in finance as an Investment Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation after earning an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a double major degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
