Nataliia Zhembrovska

Nataliia Zhembrovska is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in various companies, currently serving as a Lead Recruiter (volunteer) at GoodBot, a non-profit organization focused on tech ethics and AI, since September 2022. Previously, Nataliia held multiple roles at Ciklum from September 2015 to December 2023, including Head of Regional Recruitment and Senior Recruitment Consultant, where responsibilities involved overseeing the full recruitment cycle and sourcing talent through various platforms.
