Crystal Moore

Crystal Moore joined Strategic Education Inc. in 2019 as Vice President of Higher Education Partnerships. With oversight of a team of 40 people, she provides executive leadership and direction to drive the growth of SEI's university partner relationships. Before joining SEI, Crystal served as a 2017-2018 White House Fellow in the White House Domestic Policy Council, where she worked on the President's Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Crystal previously served as senior director of business development for Fullbridge, Inc., a venture-backed education technology company. Her efforts at Fullbridge supported the creation of online and blended-learning programs on college campuses, ensuring over 12,000 students have exposure to career readiness skills. Before Fullbridge, Crystal was a management consultant at Parthenon-EY, where she advised colleges and universities, national foundations, policy organizations, and private investment firms. Her commitment to the education sector began as a ProInspire fellow at D.C. public schools and led her to intern for the White House Domestic Policy Council's education policy team.

Crystal graduated cum laude, with a B.S. in finance, from Xavier University of Louisiana. She also received her MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business. A native of Meridian, MS, Crystal has contributed through various organizations over 2,000 hours mentoring underrepresented minority students. She is a previous participant in the Echoing Green Direct Impact Program, a member of the Council for Foreign Relations Term Member Program, and a graduate member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
