Alexander K.

Alexander K. has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 at FernUniversität in Hagen as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Peakwork AG in various roles including Analyst Application Incidents, Head of Customer Administration and Support, and Head of Customer Support and Operations. In 2020, Alexander joined Goodgame Studios as a Server Developer and later became the Lead Engineer.

Alexander K. received their Master of Science degree in Angewandte Informatik from Ruhr University Bochum. In December 2018, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
