Backend Developer at Goodgame Studios

Jerico Tolentino started their work experience in 2005 as a Research Assistant at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. In 2005, they also worked as a Database Administrator at UP Los Baños, where they managed the database server and tweaked the front-end application. In 2006, they worked as an IT Researcher at the University of the Philippines Open University. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Web Application Developer at the University of the Philippines. In 2008, they worked as a Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Open University, teaching programming, data structures, and software engineering courses. Jerico joined IBM as an IT Specialist in 2010, where they customized Sahana, an open-source disaster management software, to meet the needs of the Philippine Red Cross. Jerico also developed a deployment plan for high-availability servers. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Digital Room Inc. Philippines, where they developed APIs, web services, and applications for web analytics and file management. Since 2015, they have been working as a Backend Developer at Goodgame Studios.

Jerico Tolentino earned a B.S. degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Jerico then pursued a Diploma in Computer Science at the same university from 2005 to 2009. In November 2008, Jerico obtained a certification as a Zend Certified Engineer from Zend Technologies.
