Simon T. Guenther

Simon T. Guenther has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Simon T. is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Stillfront Group, a global games company. Previously, they held the same position at Goodgame Studios, which is a part of Stillfront Group. Prior to that, they were the Group Talent Acquisition Team Lead DACH at Eurofins, a global leader in various testing and laboratory services. Simon also has experience at dentsu international, where they served as the Group Head Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Simon T. took a sabbatical in 2016 and has earlier experience as a Sourcing Manager and in human resources/recruiting at Goodgame Studios. Simon T. began their career as an Industrial Clerk Apprentice at Waldemar Behn GmbH.

Simon T. Guenther's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Berufsbildungszentrum Rendsburg-Eckernförde and obtained a degree in Economics as an industrial clerk. In 2010, they enrolled at Fachhochschule Kiel and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Management. During their time at Fachhochschule Kiel, they also spent the academic year 2012-2013 at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Management.

Simon furthered their education at FOM University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2022, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management. Alongside their formal education, Simon also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they achieved the Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent and completed Interview Training with Lucas Consulting Team. In 2012, Simon acquired the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Additionally, Simon holds an Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AEVO) certification from Handelskammer Hamburg, although the specific acquisition date is not available.
