Stacey Serafini

Stacey Serafini has a strong background in information technology, with over 22 years of experience. Stacey began their career in 1999 as an Information Systems Administrator at Craig Bachman Imports. In 2005, they joined Goodheart-Willcox, where they progressed through various roles, including Information Technology Manager, Director of Information Technology, and most recently, Senior Director of Information Technology, a position they have held since May 2021. Stacey's expertise lies in managing and leading IT teams, overseeing technology operations, and implementing information systems. Their work experience demonstrates their ability to adapt and grow within the field of information technology.

Stacey Serafini obtained an Associates in Applied Science in Computer Networking from Joliet Junior College from 1999 to 2002. Stacey then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lewis University from 2002 to 2004.
