Muhamad Ihsan currently serves as Manager of HR Operations at Goodhope Asia since April 2011, focusing on the establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of the Performance Management System. Prior to this role, Muhamad was Assistant Manager of HR-Information System at Bussan Auto Finance from April 2008 to April 2011, where responsibilities included managing the Human Capital Management ERP system, database maintenance, reporting, and payroll preparation. Earlier experience includes IT Functional Supervisor at Sumitomo Metals Mining, responsible for online training and data analysis for the Oracle ERP system, as well as HR IS at VICO Indonesia, where Muhamad developed ERP applications. Muhamad holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Telkom, earned between 1997 and 2002, and completed senior high school at SMUN 24 Jakarta from 1994 to 1997.
