Micha Roon serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha is also the owner and founder of managination, a company dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and Technical Board member at Share&Charge. Micha has been involved in advisory positions with the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, and has experience as a Sr. Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. and a Blockchain Advisor at SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and PMI.
